Tacos, Tents and Testimonies

 Keeps listing of vendors/ organizations/ agencies. Confirms and makes sure vendors have what they need to conduct business. Must be relational and good with communication. 

 Keeps a running list of auction items and makes sure the artist bios/intros are printed on announcement cards. Day of the event the team will manage the silent auction table and create a schedule for who is managing the table and at what time. Must be relational and good with communication. 

 Keeps listing of Sponsors. From beginning to end the team will be reaching out to businesses for sponsorship. Must have online and print forms(teams responsibility to manually add information in spreadsheet) for sponsors and be ready to engage with sponsors for any needs. The team's responsibility is to make sure sponsorship features are printed on announcement cards and make sure PR has logos and anything else that applies to the level of sponsorship. 

Seeks Musicians and keeps in contact regarding rehearsals and development of worship team collaborations. The team's responsibility is to be there for all musicians and make sure PR has Bio as well as making sure Intros are printed on announcement cards.

The team secures and keeps a listing of Taco vendors making sure the vendors know the date and time they are allowed to set up. The team keeps in communication for any vendor needs. Once Taco vendors are secured it is the team's responsibility to make sure PR has logos, website and social media information, as well as printing the announcement cards for each Taco vendor.

 The team secures testimony speakers. Confirming and making sure the speaker has what they need to feel confident, i.e. outline, practice, support. The team will also make sure they have intros printed on announcement cards. 

 This is an overnight committee. The team is responsible for the safety and troubleshooting of the overnight guests. Veterans/ Law Officers/ Security Guards would be good for this team. The team works together to create a schedule of who is watching what area at what time. 

 The Lead of this will secure a Lead for the Life Recovery meeting and secure a different recovery meeting for May 31 

The team will show up as early at 9am to start set up and will create a schedule of 2-4 rotating shifts for setup and breakdown throughout the day. Full team effort will be required at 11:00am on May 31.

The team is responsible for preparing the thank you letters to sponsors, vendors, volunteers, musicians, churches, orgs, agencies. The team responsible for emailing, mailing and contacting thank you cards/letters, follow up and feedback after the event.

 Leads are responsible for Press Release, Radio Spots, Promotional Material, print media, social media engagement and chamber engagement.
